Trampoline Park Will Begin Holding Monthly Sensory Night

March 4, 2016

Sky Zone Winnipeg will be holding a monthly Sensory Night, for children with autism, ADD/ADHD, and other sensory challenges.
The night will be a free 2 hour session, from 4pm to 6pm, starting with Thursday, March 17.
“We dim the lights, we turn the music low make sure it’s accommodating their needs, and then, they come in and jump,” said Stephanie Harris, community outreach manager for Sky Zone Winnipeg.
The initiative was started by the company’s Los Angeles headquarters in response to research that shows activities like trampoline jumping can be soothing for children with autism, ADD/ADHD, and other sensory challenges.
A free registration link has been setup on Eventbrite so attendees can sign-up to jump: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/sensory-night-sky-zone-winnipeg-tickets-22613723255
