Construction Has Started For The St.Amant Spirit Cottage

Construction Has Started!
We are happy to announce construction of the St.Amant Spirit Cottage by Hans Kraus Family & Qualico has begun. The Spirit Cottage would not be possible without the lead support of the Platinum Jets and Qualico. Special thanks to Jean-Pierre Parenty for his leadership during this fundraising project.

Demolition of the Nuns’ Cottage has taken place.

Subterranean has generously donated the installation of the foundation for the new cottage.

The Spirit Cottage will allow children and adults with developmental disabilities and autism to experience recreation all year long with day trips, overnight stays, campfires, nature hikes, swimming, tobogganing and snowmobiling…and much more…all in a fully-accessible and inclusive environment.
Stay tuned for updates on the progress of the cottage construction. Completion is anticipated for June 2014.
