Encouraging Language & Early Communication Skills (2.5 hrs)

To be human is to live in a world with others. To be safe, loved, and happy, we need the ability to communicate with others. In this class, we will discuss foundational communication skills that learners may use to get their needs met, and we will explore strategies for teaching those skills. This workshop will include many realistic examples and opportunities for discussion.
