Training Overview

As a new Leader, this orientation will help you understand the leadership culture at St.Amant. We will discuss recommended training, expectations for Leaders, as well as resources and tools that are available to you. This workshop is for new Leaders, but all Leaders are welcome to join as a refresher and to network with others.

Learning Objectives

• Support the leadership culture at St.Amant, including our mission and values.
• Identify where to access resources available on the intranet.
• See the training that is required for Leaders.
• Explain the basic principles of problem solving in the workplace.
• State the expectations and resources available for working remotely.

What you can expect:
In this workshop you can expect lectures, videos, group discussions and breakout rooms. You must join with a device that has a webcam and microphone. ​
