Free autism mindfulness group recruiting participants

The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health are holding two free web-based mindfulness groups this fall. One will teach adults with autism some new ways to better cope with stress and anxiety and the other is for autistic adults and their parents/siblings to participate in together to learn ways to cope with stress.

Each group meeting will take place weekly for six weeks. You will be able to participate in the group virtually, using video conferencing to connect with the group facilitators and other participants.

Autistic Adults Mindfulness Group

Time & Dates: November 7, 14, 21, 28, December 5 and 12 from 6pm to 7pm (CDT).

Autistic Adults and Caregivers Mindfulness Group

 Time and dates: November 14, 21, 28, December 5, 12, & 19 from 12pm to 1pm (CDT)
