Gift Wrap And Coat Check 2014 block
The St.Amant Foundation is hosting the gift wrap and coat check station located between London Drugs and the Jets Gear Store from December 1 – 24 & 26, plus Black Friday on November 28! Now in our fifth year, and sponsored by Investors Group Winnipeg South Regional Office and St. Vital Centre, this service raised over $24,000 last year for projects at St.Amant. A small difference in your holiday shopping can make a huge lifelong difference for those with developmental disabilities and autism, as well as their families. When braving the cold to get that perfect gift remember to venture to St. Vital Centre and have it wrapped up.
On Thursday, December 18 things get fun and festive as our second Celebrity Wrap Battle will happen from 11 am-2 pm. Every hour, local celebrity teams of two will outwit, outlast and outwrap their competitors in a series of wrapping themed games. More details on the battle to come.
The gift wrap and coat check station will be available from open to close at St. Vital Centre until closing time on Christmas Eve, as well as to check your coat to make Boxing Day easier. There are still a few shifts available for those who just can’t wrap enough and would like to volunteer. To sign up, visit this webpage to see the available shifts.
