Manitoba’s major disability organizations launch pandemic survey

November 26, 2020

A survey about COVID-19 pandemic issues has been jointly developed by three of Manitoba’s major disability organizations: Abilities ManitobaDisability Matters Vote, and Barrier-Free Manitoba. St.Amant has partnered with all three organizations in the past. While all Manitobans have faced new and unexpected challenges over the last 10 months, the pandemic has had disproportionate impact on Manitobans with disabilities and their families.
We have all struggled to meet these challenges. With the pandemic’s second wave now rolling across Manitoba, these organizations want to take stock. They are asking for your help to identify successes to date, as well as the outstanding issues that still require priority attention.

Please complete this short survey by Tuesday, December 1, 2020.
The results will then be compiled and shared. They will also use the results to help determine next steps that they can take to advocate for the needs and rights of Manitobans with disabilities. The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete (it will take longer if you choose to provide detailed answers).
Please, share this survey link with people in your networks!
