Sign up now for the St.Amant safe, accessible and inclusive COVID-19 vaccine clinic for children aged 5-11 and 12+ first, second or 18+ for Booster. The clinic is scheduled for Saturday, December 11 from 9 am – 3:00 pm at St.Amant's head office, 440 River Road.
This clinic is intended to prioritize children with autism, developmental disabilities, or who face barriers to receiving the COVID-19 vaccine elsewhere but ALL children are welcome to attend!
Our vaccinators are experienced supporting people who are nervous/anxious and who might need more time and information. Need a specific accommodation – just let us know! We’ll have nurses, pharmacists, and medical professionals on site who are ready to answer all of your questions.
Please choose an available time slot to book a vaccine appointment. The clinic will be held in the gym, please enter through the rear St.Amant School entrance at 440 River Road. Signage will be in place directing you to the designated entrance.
Each person receiving the Pfizer vaccine needs to be listed in the comments section. If you require any assistance, please contact us at 204-258-7048.
You will receive a confirmation email with the date/time of the appointment and an attached file for a printable COVID-19 Immunization Form.
No other vaccine can be administered two weeks before or after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine for children ages 5-11. Please be mindful of your child's recent vaccination history and any upcoming appointments.
Before arriving please self-screen by using questions found on the Shared Health Site https://sharedhealthmb.ca/files/covid-19-staff-screening-tool.pdf and know that you must respond NO to all questions in order to come to this clinic.

Ensure you are wearing a short sleeved shirt
Wear a mask
Bring Manitoba Health card and consent form for anyone vaccinated
Consent forms are available onsite
Do not arrive more than 5 mins early
