Learn how to motivate yourself with the same kindness and understanding you’d offer a close friend, enabling you to care for yourself while caring for others

Mandatory Orientation: September 17, 2019, 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Half-Day Retreat: Saturday, October 19, 2019 0900-1300
Tuition: A sliding scale fee ensures our programs are fully accessible to those who wish to journey with us. We invite you to consider paying at the level you can afford.
Please keep in mind:
Fees for similar programs can be upwards of $500 or more.
Suggested minimum of $50 for individuals associated with CHCM (ex. St.Amant, unless otherwise specified).
Suggested minimum of $100 for members of the broader community (unless otherwise specified).
Full scholarships may be available should payment be a barrier.
