Online Wellness Communities Available

March 18, 2020

We are all experiencing these uncertain times differently, for most, our day to day routines have changed, and amongst other uncertainties, this can be difficult and affect our health, both mentally and physically. Many of you are working diligently to protect the health and safety of Manitobans who are vulnerable to this outbreak and may not have the time to search for online self-care options. The Catholic Health Corporation of Manitoba (CHCM) would like to share a few online tools that may be helpful for your well-being at this time while being respectful of the social distancing recommendations.

Virtual Circle of Meditation & Self-Compassion
The Compassion Project is hosting weekly online drop-in meditation circles to support us all in this challenging time of change. Come together with fellow community members to take care of yourself and one another. Create some ease alongside friends. No experience required, all are welcome.
Sessions are held Mondays at 6 pm here https://zoom.us/j/782337811
For more information, call Kellie at 204-256-4301 ext. 2002.

We see your hard work and are grateful for your tireless efforts and compassion at this time. We hope that you can find some time to take care of yourself, as you are taking great care of others.
