Parent Support Group: Transition Process

St.Amant hosts a parent support group and facilitates guided discussions and speakers related to individuals transitioning to a community living program. The group provides an opportunity for families to connect with each other informally for mutual support. Families are welcome to attend as many sessions as they would like and participate at a level that they are most comfortable with. To find out more, contact Centralized Intake at 204-258-7041 or intake@stamant.ca.
The meeting is facilitated by St.Amant Social Workers on the first Monday of every month from 7pm – 8pm at 440 River Road.
