River Road Housing Construction Begins

March 8, 2023

St.Amant is excited to share that construction of three community homes facing River Road has begun.

These homes will be accessible and will serve up to 10 people with lived experience of disability through one of our residential services.

Our person-centered residential services support each person to live an interesting life, connected to the people and the things they love as independently as possible.

St.Amant’s goal is to have each person we support direct their own lives, make their own choices, and understand their rights and freedoms.

The 24-hour shift-staffed home is customized to the people living there. Each person has their own bedroom and shares the common spaces.

The project is anticipated to take approximately 12–14 months to complete with the homes being built at the same time.

If you have questions about the project, please contact inquiries@stamant.ca.
