Save the dates for Mindful Self-Compassion program

November 24, 2016

Most of us struggle to be kind to ourselves. When you are a parent and caregiver in addition to all of the other roles you play in your life, it can be easy to feel overwhelmed and overlook the caring attention you need.
A shift in the direction of your attention—recognizing that as a human being, you too are a worthy recipient of compassion can make a huge difference in your life.
Save the dates for an 8-week program designed by Drs. Kristin Neff and Chris Germer that will teach practices that have the power to radically transform the way you relate to yourself and your life. Registration opens in early 2017 and sessions happen throughout April and May 2017.
This session is being offered to family members at St.Amant’s 440 River Road location.
Tuition variable: $50-495
April 5: Orientation (mandatory to attend)
April 12 – May 31: Session 1 – 8
May 6: ½ day retreat (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
Registration information is coming soon.
Classes run 6:00 – 8:30 PM, Wednesdays in the St.Amant Chapel.
Facilitators are Jennifer Kilimnik and Dr. Michael McIntyre.
