Overview

Our childcare centre is located at 440 River Road and our hours of operation are 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. Monday to Friday.

We offer an atmosphere of warmth, acceptance, respect, caring and laughter. We provide Reggio Emilia inspired programming, an educational philosophy that strives to see each child’s unique potential for development and growth. We also practice the Circle of Security® which is a way of thinking about a child’s emotion and behaviour that allows us to look beyond their immediate behaviour and think about how to meet their genuine relationship needs. Who Qualifies?

River Road Child Care (RRCC) offers child care to the St.Amant staff and the surrounding community. We have 12 infant spaces for age three months to two years and 40 preschool spaces for age two to six. We prioritize St.Amant staff and offer 10-15% of our spaces for children with additional support needs.
