St.Amant Hosts Additional COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic for Children + Flu Vaccines & COVID Boosters

St.Amant is hosting a COVID-19 vaccine clinic for children 5-11 years old on Saturday, December 11. This clinic is intended to prioritize children with autism, developmental disabilities, or who face barriers to receiving the COVID-19 vaccine elsewhere, but all children are welcome. Please use the link below to register for a flexible thirty-minute appointment window, and please share this opportunity with anyone you know who could benefit from our support.

There will also be COVID-19 vaccine booster shots and flu vaccines available for anyone who is eligible during the times below:

Informed Consent: If you are your own decision-maker you are welcome to sign-up to receive a flu shot. If you are under the age of consent (16+) or have a substitute decision-maker (SDM) you are also welcome to attend. You will be prompted to indicate one of these categories with a sign-up and there are two separate consent forms for either category.

  • We ask that you please review the influenza fact sheet and pre-fill the consent form before arriving at the clinic. Additional consents will be available at the clinic if you do not have a printer.
  • If you require any assistance, please contact Occupational Health Services at 204.256.4301 ext. 2407.

  • Bring Manitoba Health card
  • Wear short sleeves
  • That you need to wait 15 minutes post-vaccination
