St.Amant’s Take Our Kids To Work Day for Senior 1 (Grade 9) students was a great success. A continental breakfast started the day off, followed by a short presentation about St.Amant and then a visit from John Leggat, President & CEO, who talked about his career, the people St.Amant supports and the organization overall.
The 16 students took a tour of Volunteer Services and learned how they could get involved with volunteering and the benefits of it. They visited the music room at St.Amant School and then took a trip to the St.Amant Spirit Cottage where they learned more about St.Amant, before joining their parent/family member/host parent.
