Support St.Amant By Volunteering At FIFA Women’s World Cup, See The Action Live

The St.Amant Foundation has partnered with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers to help with volunteer opportunities for the upcoming FIFA Women’s World Cup 2015! We are recruiting 20-30 volunteers to act as ushers for the afternoon and evening games – a minimum of 15 volunteers must be able to do both games. A tent for volunteers will be available with food and drinks when not working. Seats will also be provided so you can watch the games when your duties are completed. Duties as an usher: guiding fans at top of stairs or ticket scanning at gates or assisting with collecting park’n’ride fares outside the stadium.
DATES:
Monday, June 8 – volunteer start time: 12 pm, first game: Sweden vs. Nigeria 3 pm, 2nd game: USA vs Australia 6:30 pm, end time approx. 9 pm
Friday, June 12 – volunteer start time: 1:30 pm, first game: Australia vs Nigeria 4 pm, 2nd game: USA vs Sweden 7 pm, end time approx. 9:30 pm

Monday, June 15 – volunteer start time: 12:30 pm, first game: Thailand vs Germany 3 pm, 2nd game: China vs New Zealand @ 6:30 pm, end time approx. 9 pm
Only people 18 years+ without an adult attending and over 16 years with their parent/guardian. An orientation session will be held next Wednesday, June 3 during the evening to provide training on what needs to be done.
The St.Amant Foundation will be paid $10.70 for each hour a St.Amant volunteer works (not including orientation session). All proceeds will directly support the new St.Amant Leisure Guide! Click here to learn more about the Leisure Guide.
