We want to inform you about upcoming changes to parking rates at St.Amant, effective April 1, 2025. This will be the first rate adjustment in over a decade, and we are implementing an increase to maintain and improve our parking lots.

What’s Changing?

New Visitor/Hourly Parking Rate in all 440 River Road lots starting April 1, 2025:

o $2/hour

o $8/day

Why the Increase?

Parking fees contribute directly to lot maintenance and improvements while also supporting St.Amant Foundation’s mission. Over the years, maintenance costs have risen, and this adjustment will help fund necessary upgrades coming this spring, including:

✔ New indoor parking meter with a QR code for mobile payments – more convenient and reliable!

✔ Enhanced visibility with bright flags on concrete bollards – reducing vehicle damage.

✔ Surface repairs and improved snow clearing – making our lots safer and more accessible.

Supporting a Great Cause

Did you know?

The parking lots are owned by the St.Amant Foundation, and revenue also provides essential support, such as communication devices, mobility aids, and recreational programs for Manitobans with disabilities.

We appreciate your understanding and support as we make these much-needed updates.
