Update to Health & Transition Services Families – April 28, 2021

April 28, 2021

Dear Health & Transition Services Families,

As you know, with case counts rising in Manitoba, our Province’s Chief Public Health Officer has again tightened restrictions. You may be wondering what this means for your loved one and visitation.

I’m pleased to let you know that there are no changes to our visitation guidelines. Our screening process and your continued commitment to wearing Personal Protective Equipment while visiting allows us to safely maintain visits through these latest changes to Public Health Guidelines. And as the weather is warming up, we look forward to seeing more people visiting outside!

Thank you again for all of your support and collaboration in following guidelines and keeping everyone safe.
Just a reminder, if you’re eligible for a vaccine please book an appointment today.
Stay safe,
Sarah Mankelow
Director, Health & Transition Services
