Update to St.Amant Families – March 12, 2021

March 12, 2021

Dear St.Amant Families,
This week we had no new cases of COVID-19.
In our community programs, we are working diligently on the consent process to ensure that we can support everyone who is eligible and wants a COVID-19 vaccine to get one as soon as possible.
This week also marks one-year since the World Health Organization declared a pandemic and our world began to change. Every day in early March came with new protocols and recommendations. In a span of a few days, hundreds of our staff started working from home and hundreds more had new procedures to follow that we would soon call ‘the fundamentals’. And very soon, families were asked not to visit, and we all learned new ways to keep in touch.
Nothing about this past year has been easy. But it has taught us that we are stronger than we knew, more resilient than we could have imagined and it’s reminded us of what is truly important in our lives.
Thank you for your incredible support. Please take a look back at the past year in how we came together to help everyone feel safe, happy and connected. We’ll be together again soon!
