Update to St.Amant Families – November 18, 2022

November 18, 2022

Dear St.Amant Families,

We’re still seeing high rates of cold and flu viruses circulating in our community. You probably know someone who has been sick over the last week or heard about empty shelves for cold medication. Please remember to stay home when sick, wash your hands throughout the day, and disinfect surfaces – other viruses spread through touch. Also, please wear a mask if you can when in indoors or in crowded places.

There are many tools to use to protect against COVID-19 and influenza. I highly encourage all St.Amant staff to get the bivalent booster and the flu shot – the bivalent vaccine is available at most pharmacies.

I wanted to share two short videos from our Meaningful Connections initiative. This program helps match people together to help foster new friendships and alleviate the feeling of isolation.
