Visitation Update for Health & Transition Services Families

January 4, 2022

Dear Health & Transition Services Families,

Thank you for your ongoing patience during this time. As we shared last week, this has been the most challenging time to date with staff illness and absences. As you can imagine this is also affecting our ability to contact trace quickly. We will remain closed to in-person visits as all of the contact tracing has yet to be completed. We will continue to support virtual visits where possible and we will update you by Friday on our reopening date for visits.

Please reach out anytime if you have questions.

Again, we sincerely appreciate your patience and support.
