Vital heating and cooling system repairs begin at 440 River Road

April 27, 2020

For the week of April 27th, a contractor is replacing HVAC unit coils at 440 River Road. Some coils were damaged during a power failure that happened in January 2020.

Contractors will be screened daily at the front entrance before entering the building. Once screened, 99% of the work will be performed in the basement where they will have little contact with staff from St.Amant. Equipment and tools will be brought through the receiving doors. This part of the project will take two weeks to complete.
