Training Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this workshop you will learn about the unique needs, sensitivities, and preferences of people with intellectual disabilities. We will examine the short and long-term impacts of stress, and how we can use mindfulness to make the support we provide as comfortable and stress-free as possible. We will look at examples of how mindfulness impacts ourselves as well as those around us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
