This training is open to St.Amant staff and Volunteers (exceptions apply). If you are a staff member, please speak to your supervisor to register. If you are not a St.Amant staff member, and would like more information about this training opportunity, please email training@stamant.ca<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Training Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n In this workshop you will learn about the unique needs, sensitivities, and preferences of people with intellectual disabilities. We will examine the short and long-term impacts of stress, and how we can use mindfulness to make the support we provide as comfortable and stress-free as possible.
