The Winnipeg Foundation awards grant to St.Amant adult literacy program

The Winnipeg Foundation has granted St.Amant Foundation with a $9000 grant that will support St.Amant’s new adult literacy program at River Road Place. The classroom for the Adult Program: People Learning Everyday (APPLE) will now be outfitted with Smart Board accessories, a laptop, an iPad and specialized literacy apps and other equipment.
The 24 people enrolled in the program will benefit from this gift in strengthening their literacy skills.
