Training Overview

The Attendance Support and Assistant Program(ASAP) is an interactive workshop that is required for leaders, as well as the Labour Relations team. If leaders are currently having ASAP-related attendance issues, it is recommended that they take it again and anyone who just wants a refresher is welcome.

  • Recent changes to the Attendance Support and Assistance Program (ASAP)
  • Expectations and roles in supporting regular attendance
  • The tools and data available to support decision-making
  • How to follow the ASAP process

What you can expect:
This workshop includes the use of lecture, videos, group discussions, and breakout rooms. Participants are expected to join using a device with a webcam and microphone to fully participate.
