Coaching for Leaders

Training Overview
Coaching is a formal process through which the person who is coached is enabled to clarify the issues they bring and to find their own solutions to some of their most pressing problems. Participants will learn a useful coaching model and will understand the difference between coaching and other forms of support. Practicing with real issues that are relevant for them in their work, they will have an opportunity to experience the difference that coaching can make.
Learning Objectives
- Define coaching and it’s benefits
- Learn how to apply active listening skills during coaching conversations
- Learn how to use the Personal Power Grid and the GROW model
What you can expect:
This is a highly interactive workshop, and participants should expect lectures, videos and to participate in group discussions. If your session date is online, you must join with a device that has a webcam and microphone. If your session is in person, see the location or your confirmation email for details.
