This training is open to St.Amant staff and Volunteers (exceptions apply). If you are a staff member, please speak to your supervisor to register. This training opportunity is not open to anyone outside of St.Amant, you can email any questions to training@stamant.ca.

Training Overview

As a new Leader, this orientation will help you understand the leadership culture at St.Amant. We will discuss recommended training, expectations for Leaders, as well as resources and tools that are available to you. This workshop is for new Leaders, but all Leaders are welcome to join as a refresher and to network with others.

Learning Objectives

• Support the leadership culture at St.Amant, including our mission and values.
• Identify where to access resources available on the intranet.
• See the training that is required for Leaders.
• Explain the basic principles of problem solving in the workplace.
• State the expectations and resources available for working remotely.

What you can expect:
In this workshop you can expect lectures, videos, and group discussions. If your session date is online, you must join with a device that has a webcam and microphone. If your session is in person, see the location or your confirmation email for details.
