St.Amant is a large, dynamic healthcare organization focused on supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Our services cover a wide scope of service and we have positions to suit many interests and qualifications.
Our staff enjoy comprehensive benefits, a generous vacation package (starting at three weeks) and low-cost parking at our head office ($20 bi-weekly based on a fulltime EFT).
With our park-like grounds at our head office and quiet suburban setting, coming to work each day is a pleasure for our team. We offer an onsite daycare and a health and wellness program committed to addressing, promoting and supporting the improvement of health and wellness for all St.Amant employees. As an added bonus, our head office is located on a convenient bus route – the bus stop is right on our property and is close to St. Vital Shopping Centre and many other shops and restaurants.
Our staff have the satisfaction of knowing they make a difference – no matter what area of St.Amant they call their own.
Every member of our team receives access to our onsite fitness facility for just a one-time $40 access fee and also can use computer kiosks with internet access. We also have an onsite chapel, ATM, and cafeteria which offers quality, wholesome meals at a reasonable cost.
We are proud to offer staff opportunities to participate in professional, leadership and management development activities and also offer access to financial resources. Professional development activities may include credit and non-credit courses, workshops, seminars, teleconferences, audio-visual materials, and webinars. We also offer a Nurses Recruitment and Retention Fund that offers many opportunities for nurses to relocate to Manitoba.
The St.Amant team is our most valuable resource – and we celebrate our staff with three annual events: a staff picnic in June, a long service recognition event in December, and a staff appreciation day in March.
St.Amant has been recognized as one of the top employer’s in Manitoba eight times.
