Supporting People Through Grief & Loss Seminar

October 1, 2016

It is often a challenge to support people through grief and loss. In this session you’ll gain a greater understanding of the concepts of grief, loss and bereavement and explore how it impacts people with an intellectual disability as well as caregivers. You’ll be challenged to explore your own perspectives on the topic and will acquire tools for breaking bad news and aiding the people you support.
