Strategic Plan cover

We are excited to announce the launch of St.Amant’s new 2024-2025 Five-Year Strategic Plan! This comprehensive plan outlines our vision and goals for the next five years, highlighting 4 Focus Areas: Innovation and Capacity Building, Inclusion and Quality of Life, Quality Services and Healthy Team. We invite you to explore the detailed plan and join us in our commitment to creating a brighter future for the people we serve.

We’re excited to share that St.Amant has been recognized as one of Manitoba’s top employers for 2024! This honour underscores our commitment to exceptional support for those we serve, and workplace satisfaction.

We recognize that Reconciliation is not the sole responsibility of Indigenous people. St.Amant has a responsibility to deliver services in a way that is guided by a commitment to Truth and Reconciliation. It requires full and genuine partnership with Indigenous families, service providers, and leaders. For more information about how we’re taking action, please download our PDF.
