Update to Health & Transition Services Families – April 1, 2022

April 1, 2022

Dear Health & Transition Services Families,
As some of you may know, we’ve unfortunately had to declare a COVID-19 outbreak on Child and Young Adult Health Service-East as of March 31, 2022. We’ve also seen one positive case on Adult Health Service –West this week. All necessary protocols are in place to maintain the optimum level of safety for all your loved ones and our staff.
Visitation for all designated caregivers can still occur in all service areas. General visitors may visit in areas other than Child and Young Adult Health Services and Adult Health Service –West at this time. Please speak with the unit Nurse to ensure you are well-versed in the necessary PPE requirements at the time of your visit.
We have been through a number of outbreaks throughout this pandemic and, rest assured, we are well prepared to deal with any challenges that may arise.
If you have any questions regarding visitation or any of the protocols and procedures we have in place, please reach out to your designated Resident Care Manager for further information.
We appreciate your patience and support,
Todd Macdonald and Jennifer Busch
