Dear St.Amant Families,
I am very pleased to announce the launch of our next strategic planning process. We are on track to have a new strategic plan in place for April 1, 2024. I am asking your help to make this plan a success.
The St.Amant Board of Directors is responsible for setting the overall direction for our organization and for approving the new strategic plan. The new plan will guide us as we innovate and evolve in the most meaningful and relevant ways for people with developmental disabilities and their families throughout Manitoba.
I am very thankful to our Board Executive for committing to a process that reflects our core values of Collaboration, Hospitality, Excellence and Respect. That means we need your input. Over the fall, we will reach out to you and ask you to participate in the planning process. I will share a survey in the next few weeks. We will also have some other ways for families to contribute and to bring ideas forward. You are a key part of this plan!
We will also be engaging with people we currently support. If you would like to your family member to be interviewed, please reach out to my Executive Assistant, Laura Rogalsky, at lrogalsky@stamant.ca or 204-256-4301 ext. 2220.
Once we receive feedback and input from our stakeholders, the Board of Directors and the Executive Team will work together to develop our priorities and goals for the next five years. Developing a new strategic plan is always an exciting time for our organization. We have a very successful record of reaching the goals we set for ourselves. We are ready to keep improving services for the people we support.
