Update to Health & Transition Services Families – April 4, 2022

April 4, 2022

Dear Health & Transition Services Families,
We wanted to update you with a few changes we’ve seen over the weekend related to COVID-19 cases.

We have declared an outbreak for Adult Health Services-West and as such are continuing to monitor all your family members for signs and symptoms. We still have an outbreak in Child and Young Adult Health Services-East and continue to see additional positive cases within that area.

Designated family caregivers can still visit throughout all of the services areas within Heath & Transition Services. Unfortunately, we have to suspend all other general visitation at this time.

Designated family caregivers please speak with the nurse in the area you’re visiting to ensure you have all of the required PPE to keep everyone safe.

Due to the number of staff affected by these outbreaks, we are utilizing reassignment where appropriate to ensure the best care is available for your loved ones.

We thank you for your patience and understanding as we move through the next several days. If you have any questions please reach out to your designated manager.
Todd Macdonald and Jennifer Busch
