Update to Health & Transition Services Families – December 11, 2020

December 11, 2020

Dear Health & Transition Families:
We’re hoping for a quiet weekend; I think we’ve had enough excitement for a little while. I don’t have any new COVID updates to share today. We are monitoring everyone very closely and being meticulous with our Infection & Prevention Control (personal protective equipment, staying six feet apart, and disinfecting surfaces).
Our team is putting a lot of time and energy into ensuring that everyone we support is spends their days in a meaningful way. They have lots of quality time with the people who are isolating so they are not alone, and they are working together to come up with creative ideas to bring joy and entertainment to the ones you love, each day.
Please reach out if you have any questions, or to schedule virtual visits.
I hope everyone has a good weekend, take good care of yourself.
Sarah Mankelow
Director, Health & Transition Services

Message from the CEO

There are no disability rights; only human rights. I was reminded of that old saying when thinking about the busy month ahead of us. Just like our province, the St.Amant community includes people of all backgrounds. This month, many of us will celebrate belonging, inclusion, and the beauty that exists in diversity. This is Manitoba Accessibility […]
