Volunteer Services celebrates hundreds of volunteers with retro newspaper

May 1, 2020

St.Amant relied on more than 300 talented and generous volunteers every week before the pandemic. They provided support in a variety of activities and programs and assisted people living at 440 River Road, people living in the community, and staff who run activities, life-skills programming, and outings. Volunteer Services recognizes its volunteers every spring with an appreciation dinner.
This year’s theme was going to be a Roaring Twenties themed dinner. With the pandemic cancelling this spring’s event, Volunteer Services still wanted to celebrate and share the good work the hundreds of volunteers have done over the past year. Keeping with the theme, they produced a newspaper highlighting many of its volunteers.
